Fire Safety - Safety First

The safety regulations are designed to protect all residents and help prevent risks. Clear escape and rescue routes can be crucial, especially in the event of a fire. Therefore, please follow the instructions below and keep the designated areas clear—for your own safety and the safety of those around you.

The Golden Rule

Always keep escape routes clear

Keep emergency exits and escape routes, as well as fire safety equipment, clear and accessible at all times. This will help protect yourself and those around you.

Parking garage

The parking garage is intended exclusively for parking. Please note which vehicles are permitted and which items may not be stored there for fire safety reasons.

The parking garage is divided into fire compartments. Automatic fire-rated sliding doors are designed to prevent a fire from spreading to other parts of the building. Fire extinguishers must remain accessible at all times. If a fire-rated sliding door is closed when there is no fire, it can be opened manually.

Important: Fire extinguishers are located in the parking garage
